Suggestions & options:

• Rain or shine, the local Recreaplex Indoor Pool with jacuzzi, slides, sauna  is on the beach. Extra pool tickets: $2,75 per person,  Children under 12 Free.

• Baie des Chaleurs Cruise with Captain Zoel:  Adults $17 adulte, Children under 12,  1/2 price, children under 6 Free.

• A quick trip to the Gaspe Coast with stops at the Park's Canada,  Museum of the Battle of Ristigouche (20 minutes), The Miguasha Fossil Museum (35 min.) or to the top of Mont St Joseph in Carleton (45 min.)

• The Acadian peninsula is just 90 minutes from Dalhousie. Be sure to stop at the Mining Museum in Petit Rocher, the Pope museum in Grand Anse, the Village Acadien in Caraquet,  the Aquarium in Shippagan.
